Meet the Team
Jordan Jenkins
OwnerI founded this company in 2020 with a clear purpose—to fill a gap I knew existed in firearms education. There was a real need for more instructors who look like me, who understand the communities we serve, and who can teach from both experience and perspective. I set out to build a space where people feel comfortable, respected, and empowered while learning how to safely and responsibly protect themselves.
Before entering the firearms industry, I spent 17 years in the automotive business, where I developed a strong foundation in professionalism, leadership, and customer service. I carry those same principles into every class I teach.
I am a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Incorporated, and community uplift is at the core of everything I do. My goal has always been bigger than just training—it’s about education, empowerment, and creating safer, more informed communities.
I am a certified concealed carry instructor in Maryland, DC, and Utah, and I also serve as an NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO). Through my training, I focus not just on the technical side of firearms, but on responsibility, awareness, and confidence.
This work is personal for me. It’s about making sure people have the knowledge and tools to protect themselves and their families the right way.

Lead InstructorI’m Allen Epps, and I bring a disciplined, real-world approach to firearms training shaped by my time in the United States Air Force and my background working in security. Those experiences taught me the importance of situational awareness, threat assessment, and staying prepared in any environment.
As a Maryland Certified Concealed Carry (CCW) Instructor, I’m passionate about helping others build the skills and confidence needed to protect themselves responsibly. My goal is to make training clear, practical, and rooted in real-life application so that every student leaves with knowledge they can trust.
I am also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and I carry those values of brotherhood, service, and community into the work I do every day.
